Customs & Duties

Returns & Exchanges

- UAE customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery
- International customers are eligible for exchange only
- For international exchanges, all related shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- To request a return or exchange, email Support@e-thursday.com with your order number
- Refunds (UAE only) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
